The part doesn’t exist?
It does now.
Rapid manufacturing for aerospace, defense and mission-critical systems.

Sustainment work is a different problem from production work.
Nobody calls a machine shop about a part that is still in production. They call about the one that is not — and usually without the drawing.
No print, no problem
Send a damaged part, a hand sketch, or the only surviving example. The shop reverse-engineers from the sample, models it, and makes the replacement — which is the whole business when the original manufacturer is gone and the drawing went with them.
Obsolete and out-of-production parts
The failure mode on a legacy platform is rarely the design; it is that nobody makes the component any more. Machine Tech has spent three decades making one-offs and short runs for equipment older than the people operating it.
One roof, concept to finished part
Machining, fabrication, welding and engineering in one building in Broussard. Fewer handoffs is fewer schedule risks, and nothing waits on a subcontractor that has its own queue.
Emergency and AOG-pace work
The shop’s oilfield work is built around the call that starts with something already broken and a crew standing idle. That posture transfers directly to a grounded aircraft or a vessel that cannot sail.
Short runs without a short-run penalty
A job shop that quotes quantity-of-one as an inconvenience is the wrong shop for sustainment work. This one has run on ones and twos since 1992.
Design that survives the field
The founder’s named US patents came out of hurricane-damaged well recovery — hardware designed around what actually happens when conditions are hostile and the plan has already failed.

Registered in the System for Award Management and eligible for federal contract award. Ask for the UEI and CAGE code and we will send them.
What we do not hold
Machine Tech is not AS9100 or NADCAP accredited, holds no CMMC assessment, and has no facility clearance. Where a program requires any of those, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.
Send us the hard one.
The part nobody will quote, the one with no drawing, the one you were told is unobtainable. That is the work this shop was built on.
