Overview
The MTS-1450S is a drill cuttings processor, built to support disposal of drilled solids by down-hole injection alongside solids control. Metal removal was the problem that had to be solved before that worked — which is what led Machine Tech to develop the Metal Excluding Feed Auger that feeds the unit. It processes at 20 tons per hour, producing 85–90% of material under 200 microns. Designed, machined and assembled in Broussard, Louisiana.
