Machine Tech Services holds Statement of Approval LHI1674 as an approved supplier to Leonardo Helicopters, assessed against QRS01, their own quality requirements for suppliers. That is a harder thing to earn than a general certificate, and it is the reason this page exists.

Aerospace work is qualified before it is quoted. An approval from an aircraft manufacturer means somebody sent an auditor, looked at the processes and the paperwork, and decided this shop could be trusted with their name on the purchase order. Machine Tech has been through that, and the statement number is printed so it can be checked.
What we make for this sector is precision components, tooling, fixtures, ground-support parts and repair components — machined to your drawing, to tolerance, with the material traceability aerospace paperwork demands. Prototype through low-volume production.
What we do not claim: this is not AS9100 and it is not NADCAP, and we will not tell you otherwise on a first call to win a quote. If your programme requires either, say so at RFQ and we will tell you straight whether we are the right shop for that particular part — which is a more useful answer than an optimistic one.
The honest summary is that we hold an aerospace OEM approval, we machine to aerospace tolerances, and the accreditation ladder above that is a conversation we are willing to have with a customer who wants to climb it with us.
