Parts That Have to Seal, and Keep Sealing.
Machine Tech Services machines the components inside pumps, valves and flow-control equipment — bodies, stems, seats, shafts, sleeves, bushings and the wear parts that decide how long the assembly lasts.

Flow-control parts fail at their surfaces. A seat that is a thousandth out, a shaft with the wrong finish, a sleeve in a material that galls against its mate — none of those show up on a dimensional report and all of them come back as a leak. Which is why finish and material are specified alongside tolerance on this kind of work rather than left to the shop to assume.
This is a natural extension of oilfield work rather than a new departure: pressure-containing components, sealing surfaces and rotating parts are what this shop has machined for three decades.
We work from a drawing, a sample or the worn original — including obsolete parts where the pump is still good and the manufacturer has moved on.
