Plant maintenance is a lead-time problem before it is a machining problem. The part exists, the drawing may not, and the original manufacturer quotes months. We work from the broken component, a sample or a photograph, and we tell you within a day whether we can make it and how fast.
Turnaround and shutdown work is scheduled backwards from a date that does not move. That means the honest conversation about capacity happens before the PO, not the week the unit comes down.
We make pump and valve components, exchanger parts, fixtures, custom fabrications and the one-off replacements that keep a unit running until the planned outage.
Broussard is inside the Louisiana plant corridor, which matters more than it sounds: a part can be dropped off, machined and collected without a freight carrier being involved in the schedule.
