A manifold block is a solid piece of metal with a carefully arranged set of holes inside it. Getting the intersections, depths and thread forms right is the whole job, and a single mislocated port scraps the block.
We machine blocks from aluminum, steel and stainless, holding port locations and sealing-face flatness so your fittings and cartridge valves seal the first time.
Prototype blocks and small production runs are both routine here.
