Rings and spacers are usually the cheapest part in an assembly and the one that stops the job. They are also frequently non-standard, which is exactly why a job shop exists.
We turn them to your thickness, bore and outside diameter, in the material the application requires. Sets of graduated shims and spacers are common requests.
Send a drawing, a sample, or just the dimensions you need and we will make them.

FAQ
Rings & Spacers — Questions We Get
Will you machine just one or two spacers?
- Yes. Machine Tech Services is a job shop and regularly makes single pieces. Setup is the main cost on small parts, so we will also quote a small batch in case it makes sense to have spares.
