Flanges look simple until the bolt circle has to line up with something already in the ground. Hole position, face flatness, sealing surface finish and overall diameter all have to be right the first time.
We machine flanges from plate, bar or forgings — facing, boring, drilling the bolt pattern and cutting sealing features. Large-diameter flanges are handled on our larger turning and boring capacity.
Custom, non-standard and obsolete flange geometry is routine work for us. If you have a mating part rather than a print, bring the mating part.

- Yes. Non-standard and custom flanges are routine work at Machine Tech Services. We machine to your drawing, and if you do not have one we can work from the mating component or an existing flange.
What is the largest flange you can machine?
