Welding moves metal. That is why a weldment with machined features should be welded and machined in the same place — you weld it, let it move, then machine the critical surfaces to final size.
We cut, form, fit, weld and machine in-house, which removes the shipping and the finger-pointing that happens when a fabricator and a machine shop split the job.
Structural frames, skids, brackets and complete welded assemblies are all within scope.

FAQ
Weldments & Assemblies — Questions We Get
Can you weld and machine the same part?
- Yes, and it is one of the main reasons to use us. Machining, fabrication, welding and inspection are all in the same building in Broussard, so a weldment can be welded, stress-relieved as needed, then machined to final tolerance without shipping between shops.
