Welding moves metal. That is why a weldment with machined features should be welded and machined in the same place — you weld it, let it move, then machine the critical surfaces to final size.

We cut, form, fit, weld and machine in-house, which removes the shipping and the finger-pointing that happens when a fabricator and a machine shop split the job.

Structural frames, skids, brackets and complete welded assemblies are all within scope.

FAQ

Weldments & Assemblies — Questions We Get

Can you weld and machine the same part?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons to use us. Machining, fabrication, welding and inspection are all in the same building in Broussard, so a weldment can be welded, stress-relieved as needed, then machined to final tolerance without shipping between shops.
